Froth Au Lait, Inc., launched in September 2000, was founded to
develop a solution to the complexities involved in preparing specialty
coffees such as cappuccinos and lattes. While specialty coffee
consumption is growing rapidly in America and many parts of the world,
surveys indicate that most people find the preparation of the froth
topping to be difficult, time consuming, and at times unsafe.
It was clear to the founders of Froth Au Lait, Inc. that consumers
and food service professionals desired an improved way to prepare specialty coffees. The solution
was almost two years in the making. The Froth Au Lait unit is designed
to be a companion to a coffee or espresso maker. It makes the richest and longest
lasting hot milk froth for specialty coffee drinks, hot chocolate, dessert
toppings and more. It is effortless to operate, and clean up is quick
and easy. Its innovative Froth Whip Technology uses no water
or pressurized steam, and its meringue-like froth is truly unique. Clearly, the Froth Au Lait
unit fulfills
our initial corporate goal very well.
The company's innovative ideas did not end with the Froth Au Lait appliance.
In April, 2002, Froth 'n Sauce was introduced. This new appliance, which
builds on Froth Au Lait's patented whipping technology, utilizes interchangeable
whips to prepare rich froth, and adds the capability to prepare elegant
sauces, gravies and desserts as well. Froth 'n Sauce is surprisingly
simple to use, easy to clean, and it is the industry's first affordable
appliance that truly is "The Simple Way To Cook Gourmet."
Early in 2004, the company brought its unique frothing technology to the
commercial marketplace. Froth Au Lait Professional Elite is today
simplifying the preparation of specialty coffee in restaurants, hotels,
bars, catering establishments, and offices throughout the world.
