1. How are the Froth Au Lait and Froth 'n Sauce different from the frother on a cappuccino machine?

The Froth Au Lait and Froth 'n Sauce appliances use patent-pending Froth Whip technology to mechanically whip milk, thereby aerating it and causing the froth to be as thick as meringue. Both appliances are simple to use, easy to clean, and are safe, since they does not use any steam to froth the milk.

2. How long does it take to froth milk?

It takes on average 3 minutes to make the thickest and richest froth ever. Froth Au Lait and Froth 'n Sauce automatically operate the correct amount of time given the volume of the milk used and the fat content of milk. Fat free milk takes the shortest amount of time to froth, while higher fat content milk takes longer.

3. How much milk should I use?

The quantity of milk that you use is dependent on the type of milk that you are frothing. Nonfat milk makes the thickest froth, and 1 cup of milk is the maximum amount to froth. With whole milk up to 1 ½ cups of milk can be used.
