Froth Au Lait Professional Elite is available in two models: The S10, which prepares up to 10 servings of rich froth topping, and the S14, offering a 40% increase in froth capacity while reducing frothing time by up to 30%. Both models include rugged features like a high performance heater, built-in fan, a stainless steel Frothing Pitcher, interchangeable Froth and Latte Whips, and a commercial rating (UL commercial rating in the U.S.). Because of its innovative design that eliminates the need for hot steam, Froth Au Lait Professional Elite avoids the difficult safety concerns of traditional steam frothers. Professional Elite froths whole, reduced fat, and non fat milk, lactose free milk, and most brands of soy milk.
